Professional Background:
After graduating law school with honors, Firdavs Mirzoev worked for the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan. After working for the government, Mr. Mirzoev expanded his practice area to include working as local counsel for foreign investors. He prepared legal reports for the lenders in major loan agreements and consulted foreign investors on corporate and contractual issues. Most recently, Mr. Mirzoev served as the legal advisor to the oil and gas company Tethys Services Tajikistan Limited, LLC - the Operator under the first ever Production Sharing Contract executed by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Mr. Mirzoev also holds the position of Honorary Legal Adviser to British Ambassador to Tajikistan and is a CEDR Accredited Mediator.
